1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the Real Public School management platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including students, teachers, parents/guardians, administrative staff, and any other individuals granted access.
Policy Acceptance
2. Definitions
- "Platform" — The Real Public School management application including web and mobile interfaces
- "School" — Real Public School and its authorized administrative staff
- "User" — Any person with an account on the Platform (student, teacher, parent/guardian, or administrator)
- "Content" — Any information, files, documents, or materials uploaded or created on the Platform
- "Account" — A registered user profile on the Platform
- "Administrator" — School staff with administrative rights on the Platform
3. Platform Access & Accounts
Access to the Platform is granted by the school to authorized individuals only. Account creation requires valid information and authorization from the school administration.
- Each user must maintain one account only — duplicate accounts are not permitted
- Account credentials are personal and must not be shared with others
- Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account
- Any unauthorized access or suspected compromise must be reported immediately to the school administration
- The school reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
4. User Obligations
All users of the Platform agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and account use
- Use the Platform only for its intended educational and administrative purposes
- Comply with all applicable school policies and these Terms
- Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Respect the privacy and rights of other users
- Report any technical issues, security concerns, or policy violations to the school administration
- Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Platform
5. Student Rules & Responsibilities
Students using the Platform agree to the following rules:
Account Security
- Keep your login credentials confidential — do not share your username or password with anyone
- Log out of your account when using shared or public devices
- Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately
Appropriate Use
- Use the Platform only for school-related educational purposes
- Access only your own information — do not attempt to view another student's records
- Submit homework and assignments honestly — do not submit another person's work as your own
- Communicate respectfully through any messaging or notification features
Prohibited Actions
- Do not attempt to access, modify, or delete school records without authorization
- Do not impersonate another student, teacher, or staff member
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, copyrighted without permission, or inappropriate content
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or exploit vulnerabilities
- Do not use the Platform for any commercial or non-school purpose
Academic Integrity
6. Teacher Rules & Responsibilities
Teachers and staff using the Platform agree to:
Data Responsibility
- Maintain accurate attendance records for assigned classes
- Enter and verify student academic records and results with due care
- Not access student information beyond what is necessary for your assigned responsibilities
- Treat all student and parent information as confidential
- Not share student information with unauthorized parties
Content and Records
- Upload only school-appropriate and authorized documents, notices, and materials
- Ensure homework and assignment instructions are clear and appropriate
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on student submissions
- Maintain the integrity of academic records — corrections must follow the school's authorized process
Audit and Accountability
- Teachers must not permanently delete important records unless explicitly authorized to do so
- Any suspected data errors or discrepancies must be reported to the school administration
7. Parent / Guardian Guidelines
Parents and guardians using the Platform agree to:
- Keep your account credentials secure — do not share your login with anyone
- Use your account only to access information related to your linked student(s)
- Review attendance, results, homework, notices, and fee information responsibly
- Contact the school administration for any information that appears inaccurate — do not attempt to modify records yourself
- Do not access or share another student's information
- Use school communication features only for legitimate school-related communication
- Ensure your contact information is kept current to receive important school notifications
8. School App Usage Rules
All users of the Platform must comply with the following rules:
- Credential confidentiality: Keep your login credentials confidential at all times
- No account sharing: Do not use another person's account or allow others to use yours
- No unauthorized access: Do not attempt to access areas of the Platform for which you are not authorized
- No record manipulation: Do not modify, delete, or manipulate school records without explicit authorization
- No harmful content: Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, copyrighted without permission, or inappropriate content
- No communication misuse: Do not misuse any messaging or communication features on the Platform
- No security bypass: Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security controls
- Report issues: Report suspected security vulnerabilities or problems to the school administrator immediately
- Policy compliance: Follow all school policies while using the application
9. Acceptable Use Policy
The Platform is provided exclusively for educational and administrative purposes of Real Public School. Acceptable uses include:
- Accessing academic records, results, and attendance information
- Submitting and reviewing homework and assignments
- Paying school fees and accessing payment receipts
- Receiving and reviewing school notices and announcements
- Official communication between school, teachers, parents, and students
- Administrative tasks within the scope of your authorized role
10. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Unauthorized access to any account, data, or system component
- Uploading, sharing, or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward any user
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction without written authorization
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's infrastructure
- Uploading content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
Violations
11. Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy
All content created by the school and published on the Platform — including notices, academic materials, templates, and branding — is the intellectual property of Real Public School and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside the Platform without written permission.
Users who upload content to the Platform represent that they own the rights to that content or have the necessary permissions to upload it. The school does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content but reserves the right to remove content that violates copyright or these Terms.
Uploading copyrighted materials (textbooks, third-party videos, etc.) without proper licensing or authorization is prohibited.
12. AI & Automated Features Policy
The Platform may incorporate AI-powered or automated features to assist with school management tasks. Users should be aware that:
- AI-generated information and suggestions may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
- AI-generated content must be reviewed and verified by authorized school staff before being relied upon for important academic, administrative, or financial decisions
- AI features do not make final decisions on disciplinary matters, admissions, results, or financial obligations — such decisions remain with authorized school personnel
- The school is not liable for decisions made based solely on AI-generated information without human review

13. File Upload & Storage Policy
Who Can Upload
File upload permissions are governed by user role. Teachers and administrators may upload school-related documents, notices, and materials. Students may upload homework submissions. Parents may upload documents as required by the school.
Permitted File Types
The Platform supports common document formats (PDF, DOC, DOCX), image formats (JPG, PNG), and where permitted, video files. Executable files, scripts, and other potentially harmful file types are not permitted.
Prohibited Uploads
- Malicious software or files containing harmful code
- Copyrighted material uploaded without authorization
- Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Files containing another person's sensitive personal information without consent
File Access and Security
Uploaded files are accessible only to authorized users based on their role and the context of the upload. Files are stored securely and are not publicly accessible. Users are responsible for the content they upload.
Storage Limitations
Storage quotas may apply. The school reserves the right to remove files that violate policy or exceed storage limits with reasonable notice.
14. Account & Login Policy
- Accounts are created only by authorized school administrators for verified individuals
- Users must use strong, unique passwords and not reuse passwords from other services
- Accounts must not be transferred to another person
- Inactive accounts may be deactivated after a defined period
- Upon leaving the school (student graduation, staff departure), accounts will be deactivated according to the school's offboarding process
- Multi-factor authentication may be required for administrative accounts
15. Communication & Notification Policy
The Platform provides communication features for official school-related communications. Users agree to:
- Use communication features only for school-related purposes
- Communicate respectfully and professionally
- Not send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
- Not use communication features to harass, threaten, or intimidate others
The school may send notifications via the Platform, email, or SMS for attendance alerts, results, fee reminders, and official announcements. Users may manage notification preferences within their account settings.
16. Account Suspension & Termination
The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms or school policies
- Unauthorized access or security breach
- Upload of prohibited content
- Harassment or abusive behavior
- Inactivity beyond the defined period
- End of enrollment or employment at the school
- Any other conduct deemed harmful to the school community
In serious cases, account suspension may be immediate without prior notice. Users may appeal suspension decisions through the school's grievance process.
17. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
The Platform is provided to support school administration and education. While we strive to maintain accuracy and availability, the school does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
The school is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Legal Disclaimer
18. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Real Public School harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of any third party's rights through their use of the Platform.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Siwan, Bihar.
20. Changes to Terms
The school may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised version number and effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
