1. Introduction
The Real Public School management application is a digital platform provided to support the educational and administrative activities of the school. It is made available to authorized students, teachers, parents/guardians, and administrative staff for specific, school-related purposes.
Access to the application is a privilege, not a right. All users must use the application responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with these rules and the school's broader policies.
Scope of These Rules
2. Credential Confidentiality
All users must keep their login credentials strictly confidential:
- Never share your username, password, or any authentication credentials with anyone
- Do not write down your password in an insecure location
- Do not store your password in an unsecured file or note on your device
- Use a strong, unique password — avoid easily guessable passwords such as your name, date of birth, or "password123"
- Change your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised
- Do not use the same password for the school application as you use for other services
Password Security
3. No Account Sharing
Each user account is personal and must not be shared:
- Do not use another person's account, even with their permission
- Do not allow another person to use your account, even temporarily
- Do not create accounts on behalf of another person without explicit authorization from the school administration
- Each user must have only one account — duplicate accounts are not permitted
- If you need access for a new person, contact the school administration to create a new authorized account
5. No Record Manipulation
Users must not attempt to manipulate school records:
- Do not modify, alter, or delete any school records without explicit authorization
- Do not attempt to change attendance records, results, grades, or any academic data
- Do not attempt to manipulate fee records or payment information
- Do not interfere with the integrity of any data stored in the application
- If you identify a data error, report it to the school administration through the proper channels
6. No Harmful Content
Users must not upload, share, or distribute any of the following through the application:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Harmful, abusive, threatening, or offensive material
- Malware, viruses, or any files designed to cause harm to systems or users
- Copyrighted material uploaded without proper authorization or licensing
- Inappropriate images, videos, or documents
- Another person's private or personal information without their consent
- Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence
7. Communication Rules
When using any communication or messaging features within the application:
- Communicate respectfully and professionally at all times
- Use communication features only for school-related purposes
- Do not send harassing, threatening, abusive, or offensive messages
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
- Do not use communication features to bully or intimidate any person
- Do not share another person's private information through the communication features
- Understand that communications through the application may be reviewed by school administrators if required
8. No Security Bypass
Users must not attempt to circumvent the application's security measures:
- Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security controls, authentication mechanisms, or access restrictions
- Do not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in the application
- Do not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access the application without authorization
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
- Do not attempt to intercept or modify network traffic to or from the application
- Do not use proxy servers or VPNs to circumvent access controls
9. Reporting Security Issues
All users are encouraged to report suspected security problems:
- Report any suspected security vulnerabilities or weaknesses in the application to the school administrator immediately
- Report any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity
- Report any phishing attempts or suspicious communications claiming to be from the school
- Report any data that appears to be accessible without proper authorization
Good-faith reporting of security issues will not result in disciplinary action. Reports can be made through the Grievance / Contact section.

10. Policy Compliance
All users must comply with school policies while using the application:
- Follow all school policies, codes of conduct, and these usage rules at all times
- Comply with any additional role-specific rules (see Student Rules, Teacher Rules, and Parent Guidelines)
- Comply with the school's Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy
11. Device & Browser Usage
When accessing the application on any device:
- Use a supported, up-to-date web browser for the best security and compatibility
- Keep your device's operating system and browser updated with security patches
- Do not access the application on devices that may be compromised or infected with malware
- Be cautious when accessing the application on public Wi-Fi networks
- Do not leave the application open and unattended on shared devices
12. Session Management
Users must manage their sessions responsibly:
- Always log out of the application when you have finished using it, especially on shared devices
- Do not leave your session open and unattended
- Be aware that sessions may automatically expire after a period of inactivity for security purposes
- If you are automatically logged out, re-authenticate before continuing
13. Consequences of Violations
Violations of these rules may result in:
- A formal warning from the school administration
- Temporary suspension of application access
- Permanent termination of application access
- Disciplinary action under the school's relevant conduct policy (student, staff, or parent)
- In serious cases, reporting to appropriate authorities
